Fournisseur de tous les services nécessaires pour assurer une présence optimale dans le monde digital (site web, moteur de réservation, channel manager, web marketing, revenue management), elle aide les entreprises à se développer, à trouver de nouveaux clients, à convertir les visites en ligne en réservations et à fidéliser leur clientèle.

Pour le projet Bajaloglia Resort, Mentefredda a réalisé :

SITE WEB
Création du site web avec le DMS Z-Suite, un outil simple à utiliser qui permet non seulement de gérer le contenu du site en toute autonomie, mais aussi de mettre en place et de suivre des campagnes de web marketing ou des actions d’automatisation marketing.

MOTEUR DE RÉSERVATION IMMERSIF
Unique en son genre. Une exclusivité Mentefredda.
Afin d’assurer aux utilisateurs une expérience de navigation fluide sur le site web de l’hôtel, y compris lors de la phase de réservation, Mentefredda a intégré dans Z-Suite les moteurs de réservation les plus utilisés. Ceux-ci conservent toutes leurs fonctionnalités mais bénéficient d’un design graphique conçu sur mesure pour l’hôtel.
Ainsi, l’utilisateur final aura l’impression de ne jamais quitter le site de l’hôtel pour accéder à des plateformes tierces, ce qui le persuadera plus facilement de finaliser son achat en lui procurant un sentiment de sécurité et de confiance.
